How to Find the Part You Need

Determine your unit’s model number using one of these ways:

• Look on the conveyor’s model/serial label plate. You’ll find your unit’s model number printed on a silver label attached to the conveyor’s frame next to the drive (motor) of your conveyor.
• The model number is listed on your order acknowledgement or invoice.
• Contact the New London Engineering Parts Department toll-free at 1-800-437-1994.
