807 Wire Mesh Belt Conveyors—Foundry Duty Wire Mesh

The Heavy Duty Wire Mesh is made for foundry duty and suitable for cast parts up to 4000 LBS. The roller, bearings, and rollers are removable.

Max machine length 4’ to 10’, longer lengths with split frame design
Widths 12” min and 48” max
Speed to 1 – 60 FT/Min
Frames: 8” Structural Channel 1/2” wall or 3x3x3/8” structural angle. All welded construction.
Rollers: 3/8” wall, 4” diameter roll/pulley with 1-7/16” shaft diameter, (Welded or Taperloc)
Bearings: Dodge/Baldor Extreme Duty mounted ball bearing family with bearing covers
Supports: Heavy Duty C Channel supports, Range for supports 16” TOR to 48” TOR with the ability to lag to the floor.
Drive line: 80 Series Chain
Motor: Baldor Super Efficacy
Gearbox: Nord or Grove, Preference shaft mounted.
Control: We offer a full range of controls depending on customer requirements.
Chain Option 1: 1/2”x1” for better cooling and airflow, sand or scale.
Chain Option 2: Balanced Weave Straight Wire with greater strength and higher temperatures.
