Cleated Belt Incline Conveyors

New London Engineering’s line of Cleated Belt Inclined Conveyors carries loose, unpacked items like plastic parts, nuts & bolts, and stampings from horizontal position up an incline. This unit is also used to convey large volumes of bulk products like wet sludge or sand.
Low-profile belt hold-downs allow this unit to fit into tighter spaces than wheel hold-downs

521 Light Duty Parts or Bulk Material Handling Conveyor
Convey unboxed, loose products like plastic parts, wood blocks, or small shaped parts. This unit features a low-profile infeed and small hold-down wheels for easy placement under existing machines.
361 Standard Duty V-Guided Type II, III, and IV Conveyor
This unit is designed to convey loose products such as plastic parts, stampings, and bulk products. The frame and pulleys feature grooves that provide a track for a rubber guide that is vulcanized to the underside of the belt. This keeps the belt centered for side loading, long run, and short but wide applications.
590 Medium to Heavy Duty Parts or Bulk Material Handling Conveyor
This rugged, versatile conveyor can be used to convey large volumes of everything from metal scrap or sludge, sand, ash, pellets wood scrap and sawdust and other free flowing materials to large volumes of nuts or bolts. This unit is also used to convey large volumes of bulk products that are free flowing when product containment is critical.
591 Heavy Duty Parts or Bulk Material Handling Conveyor
Model 591 is the heavy drive shaft version of Model 590. This tough conveyor can be used to carry large volumes of everything from metal scrap or sludge, sand, ash, pellets wood scrap and sawdust and other free flowing materials to nuts & bolts. This unit is also used to convey large volumes of bulk products.
